Is it a sport watch or a dress watch?

The Cerberus was inspired by classic gentleman’s tool watches, utilitarian by design, but comfortable and elegant, now an essential part of the modern man’s wardrobe, worn for both work and play, and everything in between.

Why not both?

Water resistant to 10 ATM / 100 Meters / 330 Feet, mounted on a tapered, stainless steel bracelet with a strong yet subtle style and solid end-links, the Cerberus is up for whatever adventures await. When the adventures give way to the office or some formal occasion, the Cerberus easily slides under a shirt cuff, its casual yet sophisticated style a perfect complement to whatever the dress code requires.

  1. An eye catching watch that is both classy and casual. star rating

Posted by Shawn B. on 6th Feb 2015

I've been eying the grey and red Cerberus for a while now, and I'm thoroughly satisfied with my purchase.

This watch works equally well with a jacket and tie as it does with jeans and a T-shirt. My main watch for the last several years has been a 2009 Planet Ocean and the Cerberus actually looks better in my wrist. It has a nice solid feel to it, it keeps amazingly good time. Though it fluctuates slightly throughout the day, over the last week it has gained a total of just 1.5 sec, which easily falls within the "chronometer accuracy" window. It gained about 2 sec the first day I wore it (placed face-up on my nightstand overnight) and has since remained within .5 sec/day since then.

This watch would be a value at twice the price, and the design is very eye-catching. The textured dial and applied indices evoke comparisons to watches 8x - 10x the price, the anodized rehaut adds a striking pop of color and the slightly domed sapphire crystal provides a pleasant distortion when viewed significantly off axis.

We're I given input to change anything, all I could ask for would be:
    1) inner and outer AR as opposed to just inner
    2) screw down crown (just for my own piece of mind)
    3) maybe a different color of lume on the minute hand to make it easier to distinguish from the hour hand after a few hours in the dark.

Overall, this watch is stunning and I am very pleased with it. It looks great, feels very solid and is very affordable.

Was looking at this watch for a long time, finally pulled the trigger. Very impressive. Beautiful and unique face, solid case and awesome bracelet. Wears really nice on the wrist and extremely versatile. Suitable for the boardroom, poker table, tailgate party, or gentlemen's club.

  3. Instant Favorite! star rating

I shopped long and hard for just the right automatic watch that I can hand wind also in case I don't wear it for a day or two. After getting the watch, I don't think I will go that long, unless I'm pouring concrete all week!
This watch is very good looking, keeps great time and just feels "right".
Add to the excellent customer service and I will definitely looking to get another Lew & Huey timepiece.

  4. Immediate favorite - Simply stunning! star rating

I'm finding it really tough to not stare at this watch. The way the dial appears to change color when you move your wrist around is too cool for words. The red rehaut is gorgeous and the twisted lugs are just beautiful.

The Cerberus marks a few firsts for me, the first of which (first first?) is the Miyota 9015. I think the rotor is in a constant state of motion. I doubt I'll ever have to use the hand winding function, which is at least as smooth as my ETA2824-2 diver. The sweep of the second hand is super smooth as well.

Another first is the drilled lugs. I'm a big fan of swapping bracelets, straps and bands so this is a really nice feature for me. No more scratching the underside trying to get a strap tool just right. A simple push using a pin and you're ready to dress it up or down.

The last first is the H-link bracelet. Oyster what? The bracelet is very comfortable and I love the look of the H links. The look definitely works well with the style of the Cerberus.

I honestly can't find anything I don't like about this piece and am certain it will spend very little time in the watch box. The Cerberus is another knock-out by Lew & Huey. Thanks, Chris!

  5. Best Watch of the of the Lew & Huey Range star rating

Posted by Marc on 8th Oct 2014

I seriously love this watch, i own a Spectre and also Acionna, but this watch is absolutely stunning, the pictures really do not do it justice.

I get so many compliments about this watch, the red contrasting with the grey.

It is not overly heavy, in fact it only weights slightly more on my wrist than my 100% titanium breitling.

The hands and the way the lume is inlaid into the hands is stunning, and a very novel design, and the counter balance on the back of the second hand to symbolise the 3 headed dog Cerberus just adds to the attractiveness of this watch.

I really struggled to decide over the red/grey or the blue/orange, but i do feel that i made the right choice without question.

10/10 Chris - this watch is a masterpiece.
